Autumn is the season of transformation. Time to slow things it down, find simplicity and start to turn inwards to put attention on those things that need deeper stillness and space.The expressive extroversion of summer starts to wind down and the seeds for next years harvest can be sown.
Join this restorative course to align with this beautiful transition. Integral in this course is Yoga Nidra - a deep relaxation and meditation practice that delivers many benefits from relieving physical stress to unravelling mental patterns.
We will practice a blend of gentle movements to ease the joints, release tension and nurture wellbeing. Different breathing techniques will be infused enhancing the healing potency. Our yoga practice best serves us on and off the mat when in harmony with natural laws of the seasons.
This course is suitable for all levels, especially beginners. Mats and equipment supplied, but feel free to bring your own.
