Yogic lifestyle immersion retreats, pranayama – breath work, meditation, relaxation and yoga nidra, sun salutation workshops, asana with breath integration, mudras and bandhas applied in practice, Kriya yoga basics, tantra, bhajans, kirtan, and Havan – Vedic fire ceremony. Hatha yoga cleansing kriyas, Hatha yoga, Karma yoga, Mantra yoga, Bhakti yoga, Integral yoga classes and specialized immersions for particular physical, psychological, social and transformation goals.
All workshops can be booked as a private event or group bookings (4 hours, whole day or weekend retreat).
