HOME PRACTICE IMMERSION

Sun Salutations, Guided Breathwork, Deep Relaxation and Meditation

Sun salutation postures will be broken down with modifications and preparatory practices to build strength, flexibility and coordination.  To develop this connection the practice will be broken down and slowed down, deepening not only the experience of the posture but releasing tensions and increasing fluidity and grace.
Now that the body and breath are bought together the mind can naturally align itself. Concentration holds the mind stable. This is done by actively listening to, feeling and moving with the specific sun mantras that are chanted aloud. To go deeper still - an energetic component is layered. This takes the practice to the next level!
This immersion is suitable to all levels – from complete beginners to advanced as well as yoga teachers, as there is always something to work on, return to or develop further.
It will include stand- alone breathing & pranayama techniques, meditation and a deep relaxation technique known as yoga nidra.
Resources to get you up and running or to continue from where you are will be shared. Audio recordings available.
